Terms of Sale

Stock Items - If you decide that your purchase isn’t right for you, you must notify me within 3 days of receiving the item of your desire for a return, and the item must be returned to me within 7 days of receipt. Stock items can be returned for store credit only- Minus shipping costs. Items must be in the original packaging, unaltered, un-worn and returned via the same shipping methods as originally sent- Insurance included. Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. If an item is missing packaging, needs repair or appears to have been worn, I reserve the right to refuse the return/refund or repair/replace components and deduct those costs from the refund. If a return isn’t initiated and received within the guidelines set forth above, I reserve the right to refuse the return/refund.

Custom Jewelry - Custom designed pieces are not-returnable. I aim for my customers to be 100% satisfied with the jewelry I create especially for them! Any uncertainties or potential issues should be dealt with during the design and creation phases. Due to the individualistic nature of custom, I cannot accept returns on commissioned custom work.

Design Policies

If you decide to commission a piece from me, once an idea has been initiated I will require a one-time, non-returnable $100 design fee. This starts the design process where I put pencil to paper and work out a rendering of your idea. Any changes or modifications will be made and discussed until the design is approved by the customer. Once the design is approved, an estimate of the total cost of the piece will be created and sent to the customer for approval. Once the design and estimate have been approved, I require a 50% non-refundable deposit be paid prior to me ordering materials and beginning the work. Payment in full is required within 5 days of completion of the piece and prior to the item being shipped.


Shipping Information

All orders are usually shipped within a day or two of purchase, except on holidays and weekends. I will contact you if there are any unforeseen delays in shipping.

Standard shipping is USPS Priority Mail Express. All orders greater than $1000 in value will require a signature for delivery. We will only ship to an verifiable address. If you wish to request an alternative shipping method, please contact me- Additional costs may apply.


Taxes and Duties

Depending on where you live, your purchase may be subject to taxes and/or duties. You are responsible for these, and if a package is returned because you do not pay the taxes and/or duties you will be responsible for any fees we incur, including the return shipping fees. I also reserve the right to apply a 15% restocking fee in these situations. I will NOT miss-label any item on a Customs form. If the item is prohibited, restricted or taxed in your country, I will not lie to bypass your local regulations.
